Rental is available upon presentation of an identity document (passport or ID).
Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM, check-out — until 12:00 PM the next day. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability.
A security deposit is required, which is refunded upon departure if there is no damage or violation of the accommodation rules.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment (unless otherwise agreed). Violation of this rule may result in a deduction from the deposit or a fine.
Parties, events, and accommodating a large number of guests without prior agreement are not allowed.
Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement. An additional fee may apply.
Cleaning before check-in is included in the price. Additional cleaning — upon request.
The tenant is responsible for the preservation of property. In case of damage, compensation will be charged.
The booking is confirmed after a prepayment or full payment. Cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before check-in.
