1. Booking

• Guide services must be booked at least 24 hours before the start of the tour.
• Confirmation is provided after route and payment terms are agreed.

2. Duration

• Minimum booking time is 3 hours (within Almaty or Astana).
• For out-of-town tours, duration and cost are calculated individually.

3. Pricing

• Depends on the duration, route complexity, guiding language, and location.
• The price includes: guidance, consultation, and assistance with route planning.

4. Languages Available

• Guides are available in Russian, English, Kazakh, Turkish, and Chinese.
• Other languages can be arranged upon request and prior agreement.

5. Changes & Cancellations

• Route changes are accepted no later than 12 hours before the start.
• If canceled less than 12 hours before the start — 50% of the fee is charged.
• No-shows result in a 100% non-refundable prepayment.

6. Liability

• The guide is not responsible for force majeure (weather, flight cancellations, closure of attractions).
• Any activities or movement outside the agreed program are the client’s responsibility.
