The service is provided by prior reservation. It is recommended to book 2–5 days before the event, especially during peak demand periods.
The minimum rental duration is 3 hours. Hourly payment or a fixed rate for the entire event is available, including waiting time and return transfers.
Payment can be made in advance or in full on the day of the event. Non-cash payment is available for corporate clients under a service agreement.
The route and schedule are agreed upon in advance. Vehicles are dispatched to the starting location and follow the approved plan, including transfers, standby time, and return transport for participants.
Available vehicles include comfort, business, and premium-class cars, minivans, minibuses, and full-size buses. Branding or decoration of vehicles is available upon request.
All drivers are neat, polite, and experienced in handling event transportation. Each vehicle undergoes technical inspection and cleaning before departure.
Additional waiting time, unscheduled stops, and route changes are charged separately and must be agreed upon in advance.
If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the event, part of the payment is withheld as compensation. In case of no-show, the prepayment is non-refundable.
The company reserves the right to replace the vehicle with one of a similar class in the event of technical issues or force majeure.
