The service is provided by prior reservation. It is recommended to book 3 to 7 days before the event, especially during peak season.
Payment can be made in advance or in full on the day of service. Non-cash payment is available by contract.
The rental duration depends on the selected package: hourly billing or a fixed daily rate. The minimum order is 3 hours.
Vehicles are dispatched at the specified time and location. The route is arranged in advance and may include the registry office, photo locations, banquet hall, and other wedding venues.
Our fleet includes premium and business-class vehicles, as well as decorated wedding cars. Decorations may be included in the service or provided by the client.
Drivers are neat, polite, and dressed in formal attire. All vehicles are clean, technically inspected, and prepared before each trip.
Waiting time beyond the agreed period is charged additionally. Extra hours and changes to the route may affect the final cost.
If the order is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, part of the payment is withheld as compensation. In case of a no-show, the prepayment is non-refundable.
The company reserves the right to replace a vehicle with an equivalent class car in case of force majeure.
