Booking must be made at least 12 hours prior to the meeting time.
Urgent requests are accepted subject to staff availability and confirmed individually.
The client must provide accurate flight information, full name of the arriving guest, estimated arrival time, sign text or greeting message, and bouquet preference (or leave the choice to the provider).
The greeting is carried out in the airport arrival area with a sign and a pre-prepared bouquet. Meeting at the exit or escorting to the parking area is available upon request.
The cost depends on the city, bouquet type, urgency, waiting time, and additional services (photo/video, transportation, escort).
Waiting time over 30 minutes from landing is charged separately.
If the flight is delayed by more than 1 hour — an additional fee or rescheduling may apply.
For cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled meeting — 50% of the fee is withheld.
If the guest does not arrive — the service is considered rendered.
