Tour bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure. Urgent requests are possible depending on availability and route confirmation.

Tour durations range from one-day trips to multi-day programs. Custom itineraries can be arranged upon request.

Tour prices depend on the route, duration, number of participants, and included services (transport, accommodation, meals, guide, entrance fees).

The price usually includes: transportation services, guide, support staff, basic insurance, accommodation, and meals (if specified in the program).

Additional expenses (personal costs, extra excursions, equipment rental, etc.) are paid separately.

Changes to the program are allowed no later than 12 hours before departure. For cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, up to 50% of the cost is charged. In case of no-show, 100% of the prepayment is non-refundable.

The safety and comfort of tourists are a top priority. The organizer is not responsible for weather conditions, transportation delays, or actions of third parties not part of the support team.

All tour participants must follow safety instructions, guide directions, and behavior rules in natural and cultural areas.
