Bodyguard Service Terms and Conditions
Bodyguard services must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Urgent requests are possible upon agreement and subject to availability. Confirmation is provided after coordination of terms, route, and payment.
The minimum service time within the city is 3 hours. For trips outside the city, terms are calculated individually.
Pricing depends on the risk level, nature of the event, duration of protection, specific requirements for the specialist (armed or unarmed, language skills, etc.), and location.
Upon request, protection with a vehicle is available, including armored cars and motorcades. Dress code (business or tactical) is selected individually.
In case of cancellation less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, up to 50% of the service cost is charged. In case of no-show, the prepayment is non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible subject to availability.
All route and client interaction information is kept strictly confidential. NDA signing is available on request.
The bodyguard operates strictly within the legal framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan. No responsibility is taken for actions beyond the official duties. The client must follow the bodyguard’s instructions.
