Flight arrival monitoring is carried out by both the driver and the company manager.

Upon arrival at the airport (or railway station), complimentary waiting time is provided:

up to 45 minutes for international flights,

up to 30 minutes for domestic flights.

Further waiting time is charged as follows:

An additional 5–15 minutes — at 50% of the hourly rental rate.

Beyond that — charged as a full hour of rental.

Driver entry to the airport terminal area is scheduled as follows:

40 minutes after the arrival of an international flight,

25 minutes after the arrival of a domestic flight.

Additional options — such as:

luggage assistance,

preferred car color,

nameplate meet-and-greet,

0.5L bottled still water,

driver’s dress code —

are discussed individually and specified in the contract.
