Transfer booking must be made in advance — at least 3 hours before the scheduled trip.
Urgent requests are accepted subject to vehicle and driver availability.
When placing an order, please provide the following accurate information:
date, time, pickup address or flight number, full name of the passenger, number of people, and type of luggage.
Waiting at the airport or train station is included for up to 30 minutes after actual arrival. Additional waiting time is subject to extra charges.
Meet-and-greet with a nameplate is included upon request.
Additional stops or waiting during the trip must be arranged in advance and may affect the final price.
Payment can be made in advance or on-site in cash or via bank transfer.
Non-cash payment by contract is also available.
If canceled less than 2 hours before the scheduled time, 50% of the total fee is charged.
In case of a no-show, payment is non-refundable.
Transfers are carried out only along the pre-agreed route.
The driver reserves the right to refuse the trip in cases of inappropriate passenger behavior, alcohol or drug intoxication, or any threat to safety.
